We have a 48 hours return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unbreakable or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Please select the new item first. Our rider will come to your doorstep to collect the item you want to exchange and hand over the new one selected by you.

Please note that all Exchange and Return MUST be requested within 48 hours of purchase
